The draft constitution being prepared by the Unification committee has the following roles for the youth of the Church.

Page 47 of the draft constitution reads:

The function/role of the Youth Council shall include:

- Encouraging the young members of the church to imbibe the true doctrines and tenets of the church

- Mobilize the young members for church activities.

- Be a vanguard for the development, expansion and evangelism of the church

- Promoting acceptable and guided relationship among the young ones with a view to encouraging holy wedlock in the church.

- Performing any other functions as directed by the Diocesan Governing Council from time to time.
