The need for the younger generation of Celestians to know more about the Church has been emphasised by the CCC Discussion Group.
The group which is a community of young Celestians, has it base on instant messaging application, WhatsApp.
Two young, vibrant and prominent members of the group, gave hints why the CCC Discussion Group organised the symposium which was held in Imeko Parish 1, on Saturday, December 24th, 2016.
While speaking about how the idea of the symposium was birthed, one of them said he saw the founder of the Church, Reverend SBJ Oshoffa a lot of times during revelations and dreams and in one of the occassions, Oshoffa requested the youth should be gathered together to return the Church back to it lost glory by gathering more knowledge about the Church.
The other member hinted that the group started and was created on WhatsApp based on the desire of members whom are mostly youths to learn more about the doctrines of the Church.
He said the symposium held in Imeko was the third as two previous ones had been held in Lagos and Ibadan rspectively.
The symposium had in attendance, the leader of Greater Tomorrow Youth Group, Samuel Mobolaji Demola, Superior Evangelist John Kindom, Mother in Celestial Florence Adeniyi, Apostle Remi Olabanji, LSSP Olanipekun, popularly called Mama Jesse and a host of others.
