The building of the Imeko Cathedral, which has been renamed the Imeko Basilica has become an issue where members are not happy with the previous state of the project, as the project have become a white elephant project since the demise of the founding pastor of the church.

However in recent times, massive developments have been on the way with a genuine desire by the new building committee of the Basilica to complete the project as soon as possible.

Today, some pictures were released by Special Most Venerable Evangelist Kayode Ajala, as a way of showing members that the desire to achieve the completion of the project is in full gear. The things to takeaway from these pictures are:

1. Ketu is concerned

In one of the pictures released, one of the two surviving members of the first trustee of the Church, Baba Banjo alongside with other high ranking members of the Church, met with the building committee and the contractors in-charge of building the Basilica.

The meeting of these highly respected members of the Church with the building committee and contractors indicates that Ketu is deeply concerned about the negative news regarding the project. Thus, the desire to ascertain the true state of the project.
2. The new building committee are focused



With recent news going back and forth about the role of the new building committee, today's pictures depict a focused committee who are determined to complete the enormous task of completing the project which was started by the church 3 decades ago.
