Rev Tosho Oshoffa has finally thrown his weight behind the pastoral claim of Rev Maforikan. The 20th son of the founder of the Church, Pastor SBJ Oshoffa made this known at C.C.C. Apedahun Parish Ile-Ife on Sunday 19th July, 2015.


In a video seen by CCB, Rev Tosho Oshoffa said:

"In Celestial Church today, the oldest man that was baptized. The Church was born in 1947. This man of God came into the Church in 1948.

"Out of the senior prophets that are alive today, there is no prophet like Baba Maforikan.

"Among the elder/clegry today, no matter what name or appellation they are given. There is no one that is senior to Baba Maforikan.

"In this, either we like it or not, if we want this Church to become one, Baba Maforikan will lead as an elder. If he is ahead, other will negotiate how it will be done.

"Baba Maforiakn Sir, move ahead, we are behind you."
