Whatever Anyone Says About Your Life Doesn't Concern You - Wale Oladuti

Christians youth have been advised to stop listening to negative issues raised about their lives, but should be more concerned about what God says. This advice was given at the Prayer Night of Area 'H' Youth Organisation, Lagos State, by Brother Wale Oladuti.

Oladuti who spoke on the topic Shield of Faith at the annual programme, said there are practical steps Christians must take if they want to have the shield of faith as stated in Ephesians 6:16.

He listed that being strong and courageous, separating oneself from the world, ensuring God's presence in one's life, actively trusting God in all situation and understanding that the weakness of Christians are covered by the strength of God, are all steps needed in acquiring the shield of faith.

The Area 'H' coordinator added that for Christians to succeed, they be concerned about God. "Whatever anyone says about your life doesn't concern you. What God says about your life should concern you. It will be easy to recognize God's voice when you separate yourself from the world.

The presence of God guarantees comfort. You must ensure the presence of God always. You can do that by maintaining holiness." he said.
