Prophetess Olanipekun
Protecting the good name of Celestial Church of Christ is paramount and can only be done by members showing good deeds to people around them.

This assertion was made known at the symposium organised by the CCC Discussion Group at Celestial City in Imeko.

The symposium titled, Worship in CCC: God's Concept for Blessing and Salvation to Man, witnessed the presentation of eminent Celestians like Superior Evangelist John Kindom, Mother in Celestial Florence Adeniyi, Music Mastreo, Apostle Remi Olabanji and Lace Superior Senior Prophetess Olanipekun.

While delivering her paper, Prophetess Olanipekun, popularly called Mama Jesse, advised Celestians who are putting the Church name to shame to desist from such.

"If you are wearing white garment and engage in evil things, you are not worshipping God. If you do things contrary to the bible, you are not serving God.

"If you curse your enemies, you won't prosper in life. You must understand that we don't have enemies. You must do good to your enemies. Everything God wants, please do." she said.

Superior Evangelist John Kindom, in his presentation, stated that members should stop listening to what anyone says about the doctrines of the Church except those being laid down by the founder of the Church.

"When God gave the order that the Church should be established, he never told anyone, except the founder, Oshoffa.

"Therefore members of the Church should recognise what the founder said, rather than what other people are saying.

"Today we are supposed to have one fold, one shepherd, but today we have one fold many shepherds.

"God won't share his glory with anyone. Bowing down to anyone except God, is tantamount to fighting him.

He didn't give it to anyone to receive bowing down on his behalf.

"The proper worship to God is bowing down to him not waving of hands to him." the Superior Evangelist said.
