The debate of celebrating one's spouse by posting their pictures on social media is an unending discussion since the creation of social media platforms.

In an article in supporting the idea of posting pictures of one's spouse on social media, Facebook celebrity and Evangelist, Prophet Fisayo Joel advised couples to always display the affection they have for their better half on social media.

Fisayo stated that it is often a misconception when couples express the fear of them and their other half of been attacked by evil persons if their pictures are posted online.

He jettisoned the misconception, based on Ephesians 6:12, where the Bible stated that Christians do not wrestle with flesh and blood, but with unseen powers.

"Okay, lets break it down here. Do you think the evil people needs your social media account before they get your pictures or attack you? Of course not" Fisayo substantiated.

He proceeded to advise couples to follow in the footsteps of Pastor Adeboye, Bishop David Oyedepo and Pastor Sam Adeyemi who celebrate their wives on all social media platforms and their relationship is stronger.

"Apparently, I have seen many marriages I respect on social media; people like Baba Adeboye, Bishop David Oyedepo, Pastor Sam Adeyemi etc, celebrating their wives on all social media platforms and yet they are still waxing stronger. So who told you the enemy is after you for celebrating your own spouse.

"Although you might be someone who loves to keep your things reserved but you can't keep what you cherish private forever...social media is part of life. Don't wait till the day you will see your spouse no more before you start using pictures and writing captions that will be meaningless (It will be too late by then). celebrate your spouse while he or she is still active and alive" he counseled.
