The usage of the paraphernalia of Church in the video "This is Nigeria" by Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz is an issue Celestians are discussing and many have asked the leadership of the church to mull the idea of taking the matter to court.

However, we spoke to a lawyer, Barrister Ejike Henry and he advised the church not to consider the idea of suing the musician, as doing so will be in futility.

Responding to our question, on whether the Church can sue the musician, he responded by asking the following questions:

1. Did he (Falz) mention Celestial or Cele in it (the video)?

2. Secondly is the paraphernalia (Choir Capes and Evangelist Garment) of the Church registered as a trademark?

3. Finally is the Church the only Church in Nigeria which wears white garment?

He proceeded to state that: "If the answer to one and two above is no, then there is no cause for action. As long as it (Choir Capes and Evangelist Garment) does not enjoy trade mark protection, suing the musician will be a waste of time, effort and other resources. Remember, he has freedom of expression, suing him does not guarantee victory."
