Rev. J.K Owodunni 


The founder of the church, Reverend SBJ Oshoffa had 6 members who served as trustees along with him in administering the church while he was alive.

After the founder’s demise, one of the church’s trustees Reverend J.K Owodunni, informed the public that Reverend Oshoffa subtly made him the successor of the pastoral seat, therefore he declared himself as the authentic ‘pastor’ of the church.

With this feat, he is the oldest and the longest serving ‘pastor’ of the church. Reverend Owodunni is currently in his eighties.

In a social media post, a member of the church, ChrisMike TopOil posted that Reverend J.K Owodunni has declared Our Lord, Jesus Christ as the owner of the church and want members of the church to desist from emphasizing that certain persons own the church.






“When we say, "Ijo Mimo ti Christi lati Orun wa", what we are saying is that this Church, CCC world wide belongs to our Lord Jesus Christ.

“Then, it follows that no one can lay claim to her ownership. No power in heaven and on Earth , except Jesus Christ has authority over Her.” Rev Owodunni declared

The octogenarian is obliviously reacting to statements of some members of the church who label the Oshoffa dynasty as the sole owner of the church.
