The uncertainty about how the observance of the juvenile harvest for this year is finally over, as the Reverend Emmanuel Oshoffa has finally given out instructions on what is to be done.

In a statement release on Friday 22nd May, 2020, Oshoffa maintained that the church position on the covid-19 pandemic remains the same, as members must obey government directives. “The church position remains that we support the government not only in prayers but also by totally adhering to the directives of our governments which were put in place to save lives,” Oshoffa said.

He advised every parish to observe the harvest in accordance to the law of the Federal or State government their jurisdiction falls under. He said, “Operate within the directives of your governments on the Juvenile Harvest day. Consequently, all children should join me online on the harvest day, which is Sunday, 7th of June 2020 where I will pray for them all and place them under the care of Almighty God.”
