Pastors abusing their spouse, Christians abusing their spouses, why christians should have happy home
Revivalist Ola Amos

In a letter to the serving ministers and members of the Church, Revivalist Ola Amos says the importance of a successful marriage cannot be done away with despite the duties done in the Church. "You must understand that in ministry, you cannot define integrity outside your marriage experience," the revivalist wrote.

He advised Christians, especially ministers in God's house to take care of their spouses at home and not when they are before Church members.

Ola Amos wrote, "Do not hurt your spouse and start preaching love on the pulpit. Do not harass your spouse at home and start teaching honour on the pulpit. It can't work.

"You must understand that God's dealing with you primarily is in your marriage. Your ministry may be your assignment. Your home is your consignment. If you do not align at home. You may probably misfire on the pulpit. Take care of your spouse."
