Prophet Oluwaseyi Samuel
In a chat with Celestial Church Blog, a Ghanaian Shepherd, Prophet Oluwaseyi Samuel of Nigerian descent spoke extensively about how he is promoting the work of the gospel in Ghana formerly known as the Gold Coast.

Prophet Samuel who is the Shepherd in-charge of Crown of Glory Parish, in the district of Kasoa, said he felt bad when he was given a message to leave Nigeria and set up a Parish in Ghana.

"In Nigeria, I was given the message to set up a Parish in Ghana. The messages were given at Imeko and Ketu. I felt bad, but later on, I had no choice than to listen to the voice of God. I have to ask for wisdom and the Holy Spirit to direct me. However, He (Christ) promised that before 6 months of setting up the Parish, he would come visiting" he said.

When asked if Christ really came visiting, he said yes, although it was not as everyone may expect it to be physical.

"At exactly the sixth month, the Church started growing so fast as people came for prayers and share testimonies about the great things God has done for them."

Prophet Samuel also shared how humility and helping a stranger helped him in getting a land to set up the Parish.

"On a fateful day, while strolling with some members of the Church in Ghana, we came by a woman whose car was stuck in a muddy pool. This situation made the woman totally confused.

"We decided to help her get the car out from where it was stuck. We pulled off our garments and gave it to Mother Celestial Rebecca Adebayo, as she was also with us too. Not so long, we got the car away from the pool.

"The woman thanked us and asked why we were dressed in the way we were. We informed her that what we wear is a garment, called Sutana, and that we are looking for land to set up a Church. Without any hesitation she assisted us in getting a land." the Prophet narrated.

He added that it's very challenging and difficult to set up the Parish, as Ghanaians do not have proper orientation about the Church as they see members of the Church as ritualists. "Due to this and claim of disturbance, they do report us to the Police." he revealed.

While speaking about Church not united on a Pastoral level, the Shepherd of the Crown of Glory Parish said, he as a person follow the tenets laid down by the founder of the Church and asked God to intervene among the Pastors, "because it is beyond human power that will make them unite." he stated.

On the Crusade the Parish is organizing on Friday 19th February, 2016, the Prophet who had served under the Gilgal Ministry, said the main aim of the Crusade is to win more souls for God and promote the good name of Celestial Church of Christ in Ghana.
