"Christ has told us to gather youth together for himself. He said he want to bless all of them. Therefore everyone should be ready to receive the blessing." the former Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos stated.
He congratulated delegates for the wonderful opportunity of Christ declaring his blessings for youth of the Church. Stating further that the Youth Conference with the theme, "Ask for the Old Path" has been tailored toward blessing. "All prayers will be prayers of blessings. Music will also be that of blessings.' Odeyemi said.
The octogenarian advised delegates on the need to be well behaved at the events, if they want to receive the blessings Christ has promised, stating that they should not quarrel or argue with fellow delegates.
