Let me begin this week's round up with the 70th Years Anniversary. As Celestians, the euphoria of our beloved Church attaining the prestigious platinum age is building up.

We had seen and heard that Ketu Faction has set up an 81 member anniversary committee, but Houndeyin Francis disagrees with the celebration.

But other factions of the Church are silent about the matter. Should we conclude that Ketu's list contains all members of the Church irrespective of the factions they belong to, or will other factions inaugurate the members of their committee too?

Secondly, in the course of the week, I noticed that we now have a fellowship for singles. It is called Celestial Singles Fellowship.

The organisers hinted they want to build a structure and establish a system that allows singles of the Church to avoid pitfalls in relationships and marriages. This is indeed a laudable idea.

Brother Ibukun Parish is in the news again, but not because of Garri and Kulikuli, which was in last week's SundayRoundUp: Ibukun Bakare's Soaking Garri. This week, he reminded you and I about some corrections we should adhere to while singing some hymns.

Last week Sunday, Reverend Emmanuel Oshoffa paid a courtesy visit to one of the biggest parish of the Church in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

If I may ask, why is it that our big clergies, especially our 'Pastors' and Provincial Heads do not visit small parishes within their jurisdiction, except the cathedrals.

It is very hard to see a picture of any of our 'pastors' in any of the small parishes.

Our oga patapatas need to start visiting the small parishes, like the one whose picture we have here.

Are the small parishes not Celestial Church too? Is it that those who worship in small parishes aren't entitled to see the 'Pastors' and the Provincial Heads in their parishes too?

I am sure you all know why they do not visit the small parishes, but you won't hear it from my mouth. It would be nice, if we see our spiritual fathers visiting these parishes.

Lastly, someone isn't proud about the Church. He is Olawale Nkosinathi Badewole. Can we blame him? In a Facebook post, he complained about the visitation of some so musicians like Saint Janet, Atorise, Small Doctor and Obesere to Church Programmes.
