The need for members of the fold to accept that God can make use anyone to correct certain anomalies concerning the fold, rather than only what the founder of the Church has said and declared, has been emphasised by Brother Ibukun Bakare.

Ibukun who is an alumni of the Celestial Music College made this known, in a Facebook post.

He said a good number of members of the Church won't take to corrections of not pronouncing amen after Jerih Moh Yamah, Yah rah Sa Rah (Kindle the light, divine from heaven above) and Yah raman, ye Yah raman and are adamant about it because the correction didn't come from the founder of the Church, Reverend SBJ Oshoffa.

"These hymns carries no single amen.

"But many shepherds, Choir Master, Choristers are adamant not to take to this corrections all on the name of emi lon dari ni ijo mimo, but they forget that the so called Spirit can use you and me to correct and give instructions when needed."

The former Choir Coordinator of the Area H Youth Organisation, Lagos state, cited how God used certain people especially Mawunyon in developing and correcting some of the Church's doctrines.

"Mawunyon who gave the injunction that we should worship with seven candles and also took a piece of wood and drew out the shape of the candle holder.

"Mawunyon, it was who indicated how in heaven a pot of incense was being swung accompanied by the following song: 'Yah Rah Sah Rah) 2ce
Yah Rah sah, Mattah) and translated into Yoruba
E tan fitila mimo latorun wa'.

"You see how Holy Spirit work? Why was it not Baba SBJ Oshoffa himself?" he asked.
