The lack of training in "FF" and "EC" is the cause of most problems in Nigerian Churches. - AVSE Afis Kiki

The absence of a well structured curriculum in which clergies of the Church should be trained in, has been described as the cause of most of the problems facing the Church.

In an article (comment) which emphasised the need for clergies in the church to seek and acquire formal knowledge about christian ministry beyond the spiritual gifts of God, Assistant Venerable Superior Evangelist Afis Kiki observed that the lack of basic training in "FF and EC", has resulted into problems for the church.

The highly respected clergy wrote, "Most of the problems we are having today in the church is as a result of people who are not trained on the foundational fundamentals (FF) and ethics of church (EC).

"The Bible says my people die for lack of knowledge. But above all, please note that for every assignment there is an adequate preparation and consignments."
