Shepherds going to the seminary is not enough, Evangelist Alegbe states 5 other things the Church must do to them

The statement of the Rector of the CCC Seminary, Superior Evangelist Steve Ola Banks at the symposium held to remember the 33rd year of the demise of the founding Pastor of the Church, Reverend SBJ Oshoffa at CCC Ikeja 1 on Saturday has been described as a welcome development.

Emmanuel Alegbe while commending the new structure put in place by the leadership of the Seminary, advises that:

1. A database of all serving and old clergies should be created.

2. That all clergies that have not attended the seminary should be withdrew from parishes and they should be trained.

3. The Church should have a centralised and uniform salary structure for all clergies.

4. Clergies should be paid from the Church's Headquarters and salaries should go into their bank accounts.

5. At least 3 of clergies children should be one scholarship.
