A Parish of the church located in Odo-Ona, Apata in Ibadan, Oyo State has advised members of the church on what to do during the national elections taking place on the 23rd of February and 9th of March, 2019 respectively.

In a statement the parish admonished members not to sit back at home but to go out and cast their votes for individuals of their choice. It said doing so means members are protecting the interest of the church.

The parish maintained that the best way to erase the issue of decay or poor public infrastructures on health, security, education, agriculture, power supply, poor road network and high level of unemployment and expensive prices of goods is for members to avoid being silent but getting their voice heard through their votes and elect leaders they believe in.
