Our Founding fathers laboured painfully in the vineyard just to extend the divine mission of CCC on earth in the name of Christ Jesus.
They left their wife (wives; as the case may be) and children, they abandoned all that mattered to them just to shine the light.

They penetrated regions where the langauge spoken is strange to them. With divine packing and steadfastness, they planted parishes at locations where ordinarily the CCC wouldn't have been allowed being a white garment church. They won souls for Christ, laid hand on the sick and they got healed. People of different languages began to follow Christ in the CCC.

These men relied on the blessings of God in all areas. Their focus was to populate the kingdom of light and be crowned in the world beyond.

In those days, only churches that came through the Oyinbo's had the financial strength to spread around. So many big pastors we know today got millions of dollars from Christian countries in Europe to start their churches here in Africa, some collected books written by European pastors to sell here so as to make money and establish a connection for themselves in Europe.

Our founding fathers collected not a dime from anyone. The vision a man received 73 years ago and the sanctification he enjoyed has touched many countries he never stepped his feet on. Baba Alexander Abiodun Bada, Philip Hunsu Ajose and so many others that dedicated their all for the work of God did it without signing cheques of millions of naira to their own benefit. They endured bitter times not because they wanted Papa Oshoffa to anoint them with big ranks. These men saw God in CCC and laboured on untiringly. None of them did it so their children could get undue elevation in the church when they die. They didn't erect a Lagos-like Bourdillon in the altar of God. They continued to take territories for the God of Oshoffa not even on social media but through walking from state to state , village to village barefooted. They just loved God with no string attached.

May the good legacies of our founding fathers never be destroyed in our own time.
