Shepherds having a discussion

A member of the Church, Adegunlehin Oluwafeyidamilola Ayanfeolodumare says, the dedication of most landlord shepherds (clergies who build their parishes) to the Church is not reciprocated.

In an article concerning the welfare of church workers, Adegunlehin opined that the class of shepherds who are landlord shepherds are not motivated despite working tirelessly to support the faction they are loyal to.

In the article, Adegunlehin wrote, "They will build their churches all by themselves dedicate it as a celestial church by submitting everything pertaining to the church to the headquarter. They pay their monthly due (ipin) to the headquarters either they have members or not, either they collect tithe or not just for recognition.

"It doesn't concern the headquarters if the church grows or not. No assistance and they (are not) collecting salary and some people think it is an easy task, don't let us look at what we see and judge, forget about big churches try to go to small upgrowing celestials and see how many things their Shepard goes through (sic).
