The plight of Church workers is a common discussion that is a cause of concern for Christians of all denominations, but that of the workers in the vineyard in Celestial Church has been described as the poorest among all denominations.


"Did we think been a Celestial Shepard (sic) is an easy task .. Celestial Shepard (sic) are the most suffering pastors because d real ise oluwa (God's work) is wat (sic) they are doing they work in the house of God with all their might, say Adegunlehin Oluwafeyidamilola Ayanfeolodumare in an article on the plight of clergies in the Church.


Adegunlehin described the belief that Shepherds of the Church are not going through much hardship as false as she asserted that those involved in working in God's vineyard do not have any personal ambition to work as clergies but are called by God in an often not pleasing manner. She wrote, "go and ask most of the Celestial Church pastors if they really want to be a Shepard as an ambition they will tell u that if they are given a whole lot of option they will never choose or got engaged in been a Shepard.


She expressed that landlord Shepherds go through a lot of predicament as they support the Church, but the authorities at the Church's Headquarters do not give Shepherds the necessary support needed for their welfare.
