Celestial songs and musicians
Samuel Ayodele Williams

The attitude of musicians ministering in the Church is at variance to how they behave when they minister in other christian denominations, says Samuel Ayodele Williams.

This was opined by Williams in an article in which he observed that the quality of music in the Church is becoming more worldly.

"I hope CCC parishes at large can see how coordinated the RCCG Congress is going. The same musicians you call to your parishes to come and singclubhouse foluwa" was there and sang accordingly without any form of a worldly song because they dare not try anything to tarnish the image of God and the Church, Williams argued.

He noted that the lack of appropriate sanction from various factional heads has resulted in putting the Church in a bad state, saying; "We know our problem in this church is simply leadership, shepherds will always misbehave but when there isn't proper sanction and punishment things will surely get bad, that the current state of the church right now.

"Our harvest day is more of market place and club house than what it was given to us by God but we have added a lot of nonsense to it which makes our so-called harvest fruitless."
