Other celebrities may leave Celestial Church, but "we die there," says the singer of "Adulthood na Scam"

As members of the Celestial Church struggle to fight off the bad description attributed to the Church, Omolade Oyetunde aka Lade says she will be a good light that non-members of the Church will look towards to, thereby changing their perception regarding the Church.

 

Also, on Sunday another celebrity, comedy actress Funke Akindele revealed she has returned to the Church after so many years of being away and sneaking in late at night whenever she comes for prayer.

According to The Nation, the singer who has a fitting diastema said in an interview on YouTube that since she became a member of the Church in 2019, she has been in love with it.

Lade mentioned in the interview that “I joined Celestial in 2019 so I’m like three years in the church and I love it...

“People already have that mindset and that mentality about the church but people like us are the ones who will change the narrative.

Great people like Kenny Blaq, Vector, ID Cabasa, and a whole lot were Celestials but some people switch at some point but I’m not switching, we die there.”
