A part of the proposed reform identified some criteria which an individual who want to become the Pastor in the Church must possess.
Page 14 (v) of the draft constitution reads:
"A candidate for the office of the Pastor,
- shall not be less than the rank of Superior Evangelist, which rank he must have attained not less than twelve calendar months before the vacancy or expected vacancy in the office of the Pastor
- must be a University graduate or its equivalent
- and not be below the age of 50 years nor older than 75 years
- must have been a member of the church for not less than 30 years.
- He must be a husband of one wife and head of a family with high moral standard (1st Tim. 3: 1-3).
- He shall retire when he attains the age of 75 years.

I love these cateria especailly the one that has to do with HE MUST BE A HUSBAND OF ONE WIFE .I think this will disqualify most of this so called CCC sheppards and it will bring sanitification to the church at large
