Welcome to another wonderful week. The text for the week is Exodus 3:1-10. The topic is "The Messenger and the back up"

The story of Moses is a popular one in the Bible especially the leading of the Israelite out of Egypt. God always provide all necessary supports whenever He sends anyone on errand.

Dear reader, let us observe the following message in accordance with the text and the topic of the week.

1. The summary of God's message to the Israelite is let my people go so that they may worship me. Genesis 5:1, 4:23.

2. The beloved of the Lord in captives now spread across the globe and not only in Egypt.

3. Anyone who is not born again is considered to be in the bondage of the Devil. Galatians 2:4, 5:1, 2 Peter 2:19, Luke 21:24.

4. The "contest" between God and the Devil over human being on earth is a continuous exercise till the second appearance of our Lord Jesus Christ. Revelation 22:20, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18.

5. A careful study of our life will confirm may be we are Moses (God's messenger), Pharaoh (Devil's agent) or the beloved of the Lord, still in bondage of the Devil.

In conclusion brethren, it is our function to work on our maturity at being a relevant tool and blessing to the Kingdom of God and not a burden.

Remain blessed in the Lord. Bro Enigbokan Omosehin
