Evangelist Oloyede Raphael
Halleluyah,

You are welcome to another edition of Mid-Week Sermon. Blessed be Jehovah for another privilege.

Today's Topic:
Today's Text: Mark 5: 1-20
Memory Verse: Mark 5:20

And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him: and all men did marvel.

My fellow Brethren in Christ, today's text has many lesson embedded in it, but I want us to look at what Jesus commanded the man delivered of evil Spirit. Jesus said........"Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee."

Have you observed why Jesus do tell many of those he healed to go and tell their people about God? For instance; The man born blind in John 9: 7-11 and the Samaritan woman by the wall in John 4: 28-29.

Jesus Christ had a very short time to complete his task, therefore he could not reach everywhere by himself. Hence, whoever receive from Christ, the same he sent an errand to help proclaim (Christ).

So, the task of proclaiming Christ is like an athlete who collected a barton from a fellow and must give it to another fellow.

Dear Brethren, do you know you are indebted to Christ? You must not receive his grace for nothing. You can help proclaim his good news and messages in many ways through Music, Charity, Evangelism etc.

I therefore charge you fellow Brethren to be a carrier of good news of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Help him to spread his good message of salvation at your school, home, office, among your and many others. See you next week. Evangelist Oloyede Raphael
