One of the respondents of the questionnaire has the following to say, when responding to one of the questions in the questionnaire, "if you are asked to proffer solutions on how the Church could be unified under one Pastor? What solutions will you proffer?"

"No one commits to an endeavour that yields nothing, until the chosen one emerges, first of all all the parties involved, including those who intend to cause further disunity by creating other factions need to understand that the more factions evolve the further we move away from a possible unification.

"The only solution to the problem for now would be to bring the church under a leadership council, something similar to what was known as the board of trustees. I do not think the board of trustees is really that functional any longer, as somme of them are dead and others are aspiring to the pastoral position.

"I believe there certain members of the church who are still venerated for their many years of exemplary service in the church. I believe a board comprising of 7 , 14, or 21 elders will put this hierarchical problem to rest. I do not wish death for anyone, but we cannot deny that death is inevitable. In the case when 1 member of the board passes on, the vacant role will only be filled by anyone of other respected members who have served in God's vineyard the most, however the number of years of service must be related to the fulltime church worker status of these persons.

"In the case where more than 1 person qualifies for the position, then the board would have to deliberate deeply in consultation with the holy spirit, the choice could be made by passing them through series of spiritual test as directed by the holy spirit.

"In fact until the chosen pastor arrives, it would better if the affairs of the church is controlled by a board of a number of people, who can check each other's excesses in terms of managing the affairs of the church, a solid plan developed by so many people is more fault proof than 1 by 1 person. Most importantly i am more concerned about the completion of the cathedral at Imeko.

"I am surprised that it has not been comlpleted, despite the numerous yearly remittances form different parishes all over. Every parish must know exactly what the headquarters uses this funds for. Every parish must get a report annually on the total amount of remittances and budget earmarked for different purposes in the following year. This is my piece. May the God of celestial church unify his fold."
