Adetiran Has Been Sent To Correct Errors We Make While Singing Celestial Hymns - Bro Ibukun Bakare

Ibukun and Baba Adetiran

Members of Celestial Church of Christ, especially Choisters, have been urged to heed to necessary corrections made by the Music Director of the Church, Doctor Oluwole Adetiran, popularly called Baba Adetiran.

This advice was made by Brother Ibukun Bakare, in an article about errors made while rendering the Church's hymns.

He wrote:

"God instructed Baba Adetiran to correct this error since the time of Baba Bada of which he did but we are all adamant.

"All in the name of 'a o fi ran oshoffa be', forgetting that the hymns were not even given to us through Baba SBJ himself.

"In conclusion take your CCC Constitution read and heed to correction, and also listen to the voice of your Music Director worldwide who he, God as sent to instruct and correct the errors in CCC hymns.

"Well as instructed by Baba Adetiran, we are also advised not to play any percussive instruments to our hymns.

"I will like to conclude by telling our Choir Masters to get themselves orientated on Celestial Church of Christ hymns, so as to make required corrections. Our hymns is more spiritual than we think."
