To God be the honor and glory for ever. Today is the last day in the month of March, the Lord has been faithful. The text for our weekly sermon is Micah 4: 1-5. The topic is "The Chief Mountain".

The first verse of the text read confirms the fact that there are mountains but one is singled out as the chief mountain. By default in teaching, our sermon for the week will center on the features of the chief mountain that distinguishes it from other mountains.

1. The Chief mountain is the Lord's mountain. Micah 4:1.

2. It is the dwelling place of the most high. (The House of God) Micah 4:2.

3. The mountain shall be very popular among the people. And one will invite the other to the mountain of the Lord Micah 4:2.

4. The status and ways of the Lord shall be made known to the people as a guide on the Lord's mountain.

5. The laws and words of the Lord will spread to all nations (Evangelism).

5. The mountain is a Centre of judgment and dispute adjudication.
6. It is a mountain of no war neither battle. Peaceful coexistence is the watchword and the practice.

7. The chief mountain does not envy the practice and activities in the other mountains.

Brethren, the chief mountain is a perfect example of the kingdom of God. The best place to be. Make every effort to be with the Lord on His mountain and in His kingdom.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
