Celestial Church's Social Media sensation, Prophet Fisayo Joel takes a look at the 3 things we and our Church need not to shy away from.

When the church feels uncomfortable with some words satan sees the vacuums and occupy the space to leverage the influence of culture.


1. POWER

The issue of power can be abused and we already ran away from it (especially the political powers). Satan took the control of it, we ran into the church and satan ran into the government house and the legislative houses.

Now they make laws that are binding on us. So many people that are there don't have the fear of God, they got to that position killing so many innocent souls.

If your pastor says joining a political parties is a sin then ask him who are those people blessing him with millions or billions of naira silently without no noise?

Some pastors will even preach to their congregation that don't join politics of which they trade their members for politicians during election period and walk away with cool millions of hard-currency.



2. MONEY

We became very uncomfortable talking about the issue of money so we decided not to have anything to do with it. Now satan helps us to mis-undestand the topic, made us to believe that the Bible says money is the root of all evil.

However, the Bible only said ("The love of money is root of all kinds of evil 1st Timothy 6:10). So when we decided to run away from money issues, do away with business, then satan occupied that space but Jesus understood the power of money when he described satan as "mammon" (Matthew 6:24) placing the power and influence of money on practically the same pedestal as God.

Satan understand how much influence of money have on our thinking and our emotion leverage it. Today money is one of those things satan uses to shape people's thinking and emotion all over the world.

Gracefully, God gives us light and we realised that money is not the root of all evil but rather "The love of money is the main root of evils". Poor-verty is a destroyer.

3. SEX

Sex is another topic we runaway from, sensitivitie issue and we so shy away from it to the point where it was as if the word makes God feel uncomfortable.

People look funny when we mentioned that word (Sex) in church as if not something they think about most of the day. Infact the impression some people have about sex is as if even when the husband and wife are having good time together, the Holy ghost will just shy's away and take a walk.

However, God created sex and created human Sexual beings, so if anybody wants to hold the world on sex, it should be God. Well since we abandoned the topic in church , satan took it over and knowing how attractive the subject is.

Now satan has leverage it to shape culture and now sex is use to sell everyday among the young ones just like a toothpick in the street. Gracefully we are taking those things back gradually in Jesus name.
