Prayer is a spiritual tool or device which can be effective depending on he that is wielding it. This is another way to tap into the heavens, it is a way of having an audience in the realm of the spirit.

I will give prayer a simple definition by saying, prayer is the way in which we communicate with God. It is directing utterances of our hearts to God having the belief that he is able to provide us in return a divine turnaround coupled with solutions and testimonies.

Prayer is so important in the lives of sons, it is a way of life and not just a last resort you run to when in times of trouble.

In Ephesians 6:18 Apostle Paul admonishes us saying "And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.



Know this that negative things happen to all of us. We can’t get away from them, but don’t let them affect everything about you. The solution lies in the effective prayer you say to God. James 5:16 says Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”

This puts it to us that for prayer to do the extraordinarily one has to take the form of a righteous man. Prayer has a way of turning things around. Even in troubling times offer prayers to God, James 5:13 "Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray."
