Prophet Kehinde Oyetunde, Shepherd of Grace of Blessing Parish
A parish of the church may possibly close down if the continuous low attendance from the parish continues, as reported by media houses in Jamaica report.

The Grace of Blessing Parish which was founded more than 8 years ago and located at Liberty Avenue location in Queens, was formerly a parish filled with worshippers, but there is now a drastic change, due to an attempted sexual assault and robbery of one of the church's female member who was returning home after church service on July 11, 2017.

It was reported that the Shepherd of the Parish, Prophet Kehinde Oyetunde says many are opting to stay home or attend services at other churches because of the fear that they may be attacked.

The woman who was attacked was the church's financial secretary and to this day she remains in fear, but attempts to come to church when she can. He said he's aware the neighborhood isn't the most appealing for a house of worship but insists recent increased police presence has helped.

The authorities in Jamaica announced that four suspects were arrested and charged for attacking the the female church member. The pastor, however, said their capture has done little to calm the nerves of his congregation. Last summer he says he would preach to a packed room of 160 or more. Today the number barely exceeds 20.

However, Prophet Kehinde Oyetunde have assured that the parish will never be closed, stating, “we have services and we are staying open.”
