This picture speaks volume about how close female members should get to the altar, which is the most sacred area of any Celestial Church's building.

It is a known fact that female members are restricted from getting to (and close to) the altar, but this picture depicts otherwise. This picture is believed to have been taken in the early part of the 80's, before the demise of SBJ Oshoffa.

The most visible female member in this picture was just a feet close to the first raised step of the altar, which the late Reverend Alexandra Abiodun Bada stood. This means she is possibly four or more feet away from the preaching lectern.

Also there were two others seen at the right side of the altar. Although one may argue that these female members are not in the altar, but a close look at the wall will reveal that they are deeply situated in the altar.

This picture will sure make members who are inquisitive to ask various questions.

Such questions include:

1. Was there really a time female members were allowed to go close to the altar or were allowed in there?

2. If yes, when and why was the law changed to what we have today?

3. If no, why were these female members allowed to be so close to the altar?
