A clergy of the church with high degree of godly virtues, Baba Arobadi had always implored celestians to be wary of gifts, as the acceptance of certain gifts could lead to one being cursed.
This revelation was made by Superior Prophet Leader Leo Jerry while extolling the virtues of Baba Arobadi of Celestial Church of Christ Canal Parish.
The Prophet Jerry wrote; “He (Baba Arobadi) used to tell us to be very weary of accepting gifts from everyone because some gift can bring curse.
“I remember a woman that gave the church a gas lamp, he gave it back to her after service and told her she bought it with money gotten from adultery.”
