Evangelist Olanrewaju Oluwasakin writes about his view on members of the church and alcohol.

A lot of people have messaged me that in all my write ups on Harvest and Ikore, I am silent and don't talk on Celestians taking alcohol during harvest.






By the Grace of God, my position on that is that I, Olanrewaju Oluwatoyin Oluwasakin DO NOT SUPPORT TAKING OF ALCOHOL DURING HARVEST. I do not take alcoholic drinks.

One thing I realise is that no matter how much the Shepherd gives instruction to members and guests not to take alcohol during harvest, some people will never obey. They don't have any iota of FEAR OF GOD in their hearts. Such people, I just leave them to the decision of God.

Celestial Constitution states that "Consumption of any form of alcohol, wine or any any strong drink that can intoxicate is forbidden to members of Celestial Church of Christ as the odour of alcohol are repugnant to the presence of the Holy Spirit"






Harvest is sacrifice. You sacrifice some pleasures to get blessed. Harvest is to redeem us and restores us. After harvest, It is either you reap what you sow or you reap what others has sown. After harvest, there are two rewards, either positive or negative. You either get blessed or cursed after harvest.

During harvest, you spend your time, your heart and your substances.
(Jeremiah 8:20, Levi 27;1,.23:22,). Four people you do harvest for are Levites, orphans, widows and the poor.

Bible says in Isaiah 1:19 "If ye be willing and #obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land.” As you do the right things in the eyes of God during harvest, I pray that may the blessings of God be our portion in Jesus name.
