A member of the Church, Solomon Ayoola has responded to Benjamin Oshoffa's abusive statement aimed at members of the Church. Celestial Church Blog reports that Benjamin made a Facebook post saying, "Oil money no dey dry!! Na una money I dey take fly up and down as a matter of fact I want buy range next year..in una next life, make una papa be founder.. aye yin ma baje ni ati pay Master yin.."
However, Solomon Ayoola described the statement as abhorrent and despicable, in which an apology must be rendered to Celestians, maintaining that respect given to the late founder of the Church, Reverend SBJ Oshoffa must be accorded to parents of members.

"It is a shame that Children of erstwhile great people often misbehave. He must be made to come out and apologize for this canal missive. Haba!!!! Every persons father deserves the same respect accorded to late Pa SBJ of blessed memory," Ayoola wrote.
He noted how the Church is fast becoming the properties of founder's family, why arguing that without the recognition and financial support given to SBJ by members, the Church would never have grown to the height it currently occupies.
Ayoola wrote, "Papa was the founder of the Church ideally, but without the financial support of the masses that accepted him as God sent, the Church would never grow, to the level it is today( Benjamin Oshoffa , may even be nobody today).
"However, we are watching !!!! A new administrative constitution will bring about checks and balance and put paid to all these condescending thoughts and acute sense of patronage....in some quarters. Churches are fast becoming "Business empires" That must be bequeathed to the Children!!!! Hmmmmm...O ma se o!!!!!!"
