  1. The scheme is not compulsory and not necessary for clergies.
  2. Those interested are to purchase registration forms from their Divisional Headquarters at the cost of ₦50.
  3. The insurance scheme has been implemented by a parish in Ikorodu, Lagos State, CCC Sharon Parish before it was introduced to the Church.
  4. The premium fee for the insurance scheme is  ₦2000 per month, but Church workers are to make a single payment of  ₦24,000 or  ₦12,000 in two installments as take-off fees, subsequently, they can pay the fee monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly.
  5. A sum assured of ₦1.5 million is to be paid to the dependents of a clergy upon their demise.
  6. Only the registered beneficiaries (children) of a Clergy will have access to the sum of ₦1.5 million. This means the Clergy may need to have a will.
  7. After the death of a Church Worker, his/her registered beneficiaries are to inform the Clergy's Welfare Committee about his/her death, with the death certificate. Which will be verified then within 10 days from verification the payment will be made.
  8. The Insurance Broking firm for the scheme is Hogg Robinson Nigeria. While the Insurance firm for the scheme is Leadway Assurance Ltd.
  9. The premium is to be paid to the Church Welfare Committee rather than paying it directly to the insurance company. The account detail is UBA Plc. The name of the account is CCC Clergy Welfare, with account Number 2243726927.
  10. The welfare team comprises of 5 members Ven. Sup. Evang. J. Olabode as chairman, A/V/S/E Udoffia as secretary, Snr. Evang. S.O. Sofowora as treasurer and Snr. Evang. O.O. Abolurin as Public Relations Officer (PRO). While father, Ven. Sup. Olajide, being the secretary of the Shepherds' Council, is the Ex-officio.
