There is no doubt Reverend Emmanuel Oshoffa is the most popular Celestian on earth at this moment, thus everything that happen in and around him need to be taken with extreme caution.

This is as a result of the pastoral apparel worn by him at the 66th Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service of CCC Arch Diocese, National Headquaters, Makoko.

This apparel is a beautiful velvet which has the shade of red, with some flowery designs on it. We all see colours in different light, as some members of the Church argue that the apparel isn't red in colour, but some think otherwise.

This matter was discussed in one of the numerous WhatsApp groups, which were created by members to discuss issues about the Church. A member of one of these WhatsApp group, with the name Shola Adex decried the situation as the case in George Orwell's novella, Animal Farm, where all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.

Shola wrote, "they tell us not to wear red, but our Pastor is wearing one at the harvest of Arch-Diocese, Makoko. Really some animals are more equal than the others."

Another member of the group, Faithful Bunmi, however, declared that the apparel is not red in colour. She stated that they are various shades of red and what Reverend Oshoffa wore was not red.



Although some members do not see any thing wrong in wearing clothes made with colour red or black, these members need not to be encouraged to continue doing so by what Reverend Oshoffa wear. However, we might never know if the clause advising Celestians not to wear clothes made with such colours have been removed in the Church's tenets.

In this light, we would want to call the attention of those in charge of the Pastor EMF clothings to be very considerate of the what he puts on, as his image creates a lot of attention.
