Celestial Church of Christ is not a church for one tribe but rather the last salvation boat to heal the world.

I was invited to a reputable Celestial Church in July ,2017 so I had to go with one of my evangelist that do traveled with me.

During my ministration at the main auditorium, the evangelist was having a good time preaching at the Sunday school but to our greatest surprise the so called teachers at the Sunday school said "Singing hymns in English language is not ilana (Tenet) because most of the hymns in English language are not spiritually filled". (My people are being destroyed because they lack knowledge)Hosea 4:6

When I heard this I was so furious with some level of illiteracy we allowed to mix with wrong perception of tenets in our fold.

Here are my questions if am wrong:

Even if the English version of the hymns are not well translated does that means we can not do the simple corrections ?

Must we sing the hymns in Yoruba language too in countries where yoruba is not been spoken? Afterall have heard ccc hymns being sang in french and egun and yes i was really inspired. So the issue here is not about the language but rather the delivery of the hymns.

Besides, who told you Holy Spirit will not descend if you sing in English language?

And what about the new convert who don't even understand anything in yoruba language...what will be their faith while listening to the hymns?

Our God is God of all flesh not God of Yoruba. God of universe who understands all languages.

I think I understand why some prophets who always disturbed the church during yoruba services always kept quiet during the English service(s).

The scriptures says the spirit of God will come upon you like a dove not until you hear yoruba hymns and more so the Angel's are not too dull to stick to one language like some NEPIOUS thinks.



CONCLUSION:
This is a Celestial Church of Christ, the church for the universe not for the Yoruba's . If truly we want to heal the world and spread the gospel, keep learning and stop the lackadaisical and wrong perception tenet you cooked up.

Don't make our church looks as if we are the one producing the highest illiterates in Christianity folds. Don't make our church a church of illiterates.
