A member of the church, Falade Oluseyi Solomon has lamented the arbitrary manner through which members of the church declare themselves as the pastor and spiritual head of the church.

Falade in a article titled “Another pastor in CCC,art Rev PASCAl TOGBE”, declared that there are more than 16 claimants of the pastoral seat in the church. “I heard we have just only 16 Pastors in CCC Nigerian dioceses. That is not including the other pastors in Republic of Benin, Abidjan, north Africa, east Africa, and South Africa.” Falade revealed.

He opined that the church isn’t progressing as a result of many people claiming to be the spiritual head of the church. He advised members who are desirous of being pastors to rather become independent shepherds.

Falade wrote that: “This is why the Church is not progressing. The excellent progress is being delayed. At least try to be an independent shepherd and evangelist like Genesis, Doyin Okiki Imole, Genesis team, Maranatha ministry and many more.

“Disunity brings death, spiritual failure, backwardness, struggles, delay, disappointment, disgrace, blasphemy and powerless effort in the Ministry. Let us go back to the source and reunite with Jesus for a greater Celestial Church.”
