We have not changed the doctrine of Celestial Church in Genesis Global - Prophet Dele Ogundipe

In an interview with The Punch, Shepherd of Genesis Global Parish, Lagos says he still practice the doctrines and tenets of Celestial Church contrary to allegations that he has deviated from the Church’s conservative practices.

Ogundipe whose liberal stance is heavily criticized by conservatives of the Church, maintained that there are different strategies in winning souls for God, thus he is bound to be criticized when he make use of strategies that are not common.

“Ironically, we have not deviated as some believe. I have a mandate to win souls to the celestial church without clamouring for the leadership of the church. I am a dangerous soul winner for God. I have the gift of discerning innate gifts of people and bringing them to the fore for global manifestations.

“Definitely, the strategies will be different. I am on a divine assignment as a servant-leader in the celestial church to harvest new generations of ‘graced kingdom giants’. I am on course and have not derailed”, he explained.

In the interview, he also argued that pastors preaching about prosperity are following on the right track as Jesus Christ was wealthy and he got provision for every incident of reproach and lack that befell him.
