It is advisable to avoid putting on one's full regalia whenever one is worshipping outside his or her parish - Olu Alaba Palmer.

This opinion was made known by Palmer in an event monitored online, which was centred on a member being embarrassed by a shepherd because he wore full regalia to a parish he visited.

He mentioned that wearing full regalia to a visiting parish could lead to unnecessary embarrassment, as the shepherd in charge of the parish may throw up issues regarding where the anointment meant for the rank of the regalia was gotten from.

Palmer wrote, "When you are worshipping outside your jurisdiction you should not put on your full regalia to avoid unnecessary embarrassment unless you are very close to the shepherd of that parish."

However, another member Ajala Ezekiel Ayodele disagrees with him, stating that the Church is one and an indivisible entity, thus members can worship wherever they like, as no shepherd has the right to stop anyone from spiritual assignment as a result of what rank of regalia the person in putting on.

"Believe it or not, Celestial Church of Christ is one, indivisible entity, any Church (parish) you may go to worship or for spiritual assignment and you are not welcome because of your regalia, know for sure that the Shepherd in charge is a man-made, Ayodele argued."

Palmer further explained that he based his advice on the fact that the anointment and regalia are now sold and no longer have any spiritual significance.
