A member of the Church, Omotosho Olukoro-Ola has queried why his daughter was billed ₦24,000 by a Lagos based shepherd.

The issue raised in Celesphere showed the father displeasure in a Facebook post. He mentioned that his daughter now attend a parish in Lagos as a result of relocating to Lagos.


Olukoro-Ola revealed that daughter informed him about a prophet delivering a spiritual message to her about a family idol negatively affecting her. However, the daughter was asked to pay ₦24,000 for the spiritual works needed for prayer.

While querying the high amount, he revealed that "asking a member of CCC to pay that much for spiritual work is bad and unspiritual. Most shepherds nowaday are after money and they deceive gullible people to defraud them. Any message given in CCC that is more than 1k is not acceptable and is fraudulent."
