The legal battle between the Board of Trustees and Reverend Emmanuel Oshoffa resumed today as the Federal High Court Ikoyi in Lagos.

The board of trustees comprised of Most Superior Evangelist S.O Banjo, Superior Evangelist Pius Olarewaju, Superior Evangelist Kayode Okaisabor and Superior Evangelist Bola Akinterinwa had asked the court to nullify their removal as members of the Church's board of trustees by Reverend Emmanuel Oshoffa.

At the resumption of the case today, the Judge was displeased with the attitude of the legal team of Reverend Emmanuel Oshoffa continuous attempt in seeking continuous adjournment to frustrate the court and delay delivering of judgement.

This was revealed by a member who was present at the court today. The member named Adekunle and a member of a Whatsapp Group where Church issues are discussed wrote disclosed that the case now has been adjourned to April 11th.

He wrote, "The judge has given pastor EMF team last chance and he pronounced clearly lots of contempt against him and also see that his lawyer enjoys adjournment to delay his judgement and found out that EMF not ready for settlement at all, he pronounced that heads will roll by next sitting."
