In this opinion piece, Evangelist Adeyemi T. Emmanuel explains the role of amissa and who should benefit from it.
I am not trying to create controversy. I'm just trying to live and operate by the scripture.
If one of the reasons we conduct Amissa service for the dead ones is to do the sacrifice on behalf of the dead for comfort living in the spirit world, then, it's of no use for those who died in Christ.
Why? In the world of the spirit, we have two apartments, according to Luke 16:19-31. First, is the place of tormentation. Second, the place of comfort which the Bible referred to as the "bosom of Abraham".
If, Lazarus, the poor man is translated to the bosom of Abraham, comfort zone, after his exit from this wicked world, then, every saint doesn't need Amissa service for they're already living in comfort in the spirit world, awaiting the judgment day, the day of the Lord.
Let us dig deep into the Bible. Your opinion in relation to the scripture is welcome.

About amissa most clergies can't explain it's as abc! Go to Matthew 17!Jesus went to mount of transfiguration!and he summoned Elijah and moses!why did Jesus summon them?you might say both and moses did not know Jesus there knowledge in the predestined word of God!simply put it means Jesus is the resurrection and life he gives grace to them just for comfort in his might was it not by God's veto power moses was rescued from the clothes of Lucifer?
ReplyDeleteYou have only explain based on your level of understanding, but it is beyond your explanation and can't be explained on the internet because it is the secret thing of the lord which belong on to the lord according to the bible, in the book Deuteronomy:29 vs 29. If you remember very well when they were about to buried pope John Paul the second, while all the world presidents were all sitting down the priests took the body into the tumb and asked to off all camera 📷 not even allow any body to enter into the Tumb with them not even any of the world dignitaries, all medias including CNN, BBC, name it, because they said they are about to perform the ritual is not meant for every body to see, only for the priest according to Deuteronomy 29 vs 29.
