Reverend EMF Oshoffa

In a bid to cut out unaccountability of funds paid as returns to its faction, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Friday Oshoffa has banned all forms of cash payment for monthly pastoral returns and harvest returns (Ipin).

In a memo sent to heads of various divisions within its faction, EMF ordered that cashless operation must be implemented with immediate effect, as all parishes pay their returns to the Church's designated bank account.

Additionally, a statement by Superior Evangelist Kayode Ajala mentioned that no deduction must be made from the pastoral returns before they are paid into the bank account of the Church.

Parishes in rural areas without banks were advised to get guidance from their Circuit Head and Superintendent of Province on how to ensure they comply with the directive.

Ajala warned that the previous practice of cash payment at the Pastor's office will no longer be tolerated, as total compliance of the pastoral order is expected, as those who fail to comply will be severely sanctioned.
