He was never one of us, Nigeria Diocese reacts to alleged John Maforikan's decamping to Ketu

Some fews days ago it was reported that Superior Evangelist John Maforikan, one of the sons of the first Prophet of the church, Late Paul Maforikan have left the Nigerian Diocese, the faction led by his late father and has decided to settled down with Ketu, which is headed by Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Friday Oshoffa.

However this claim has been refuted by the Nigeria Diocese. In a press release, the Public Relation Officer of the Diocese, Prophet Dr. Ericson said the story is obtusely wrong and doesn't paint the scenario of the event as it is.

The statement states that: "Sup. John Maforikan as never one day belongs to Nigerian Diocese, even when the father, Baba Maforikan Pastor and Spiritual Head C.C.C. Worldwide. (His blessed memory) was alive, Sup. Evang. John Maforikan doesn't work with his Father as the Pastor of Nigerian Diocese.

"That is why Baba Maforikan called Rt. Rev Pastor Beni Omoge Pastor and Supreme Head C.C.C. Worldwide his Spiritual Son. Nigeria remains Nigeria any organization inside Nigeria remains under Nigeria."
