Since the past 6 months, it was made known that clergies of the Church under the faction of Ketu will smile to the bank as they were asked to fill various forms in order to be eligible for palliatives meant for clergies.

Unfortunately, these cash palliatives have not being paid with various rumours making the rounds, but the November edition of a newsletter released by Ketu, indicates that the delay in payment of the palliatives is as a result of a sickness which befell the staff responsible for the collation of information needed in paying the palliatives.

“The delay as presented by the Finance office representative was said to be caused by the hospitalization of the staff supposed to collate the requested data,” a part of the newsletter read.

However, the clergies of the church at their monthly meeting in August frowned at this excuse and requested that Ketu’s Finance office be restructured for efficiency.

The request of the clergies was granted by Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, who then directed that the management of the church’s finances should be under the care of a 5 man committee rather than an individual.
